"Having used Rollei Superpan 200 previously in 35mm format and been extremely delighted with it, I can hardly wait to see the results I get with 120 format in my Pentax 67. Absolutely brilliant rated at ISO 200 and processed in 1:25 Rodinal"

"Bought this to experiment with an R72 filter to produce B&W infra-red pictures. Just waiting for the sunshine & summer."

"I really like this film, I use it a lot as my general purpose 120 film. It is fine grained, moderately high contrast - but not too high - with nice creamy tones. It is unfussy. It has a polyester base , which means it is easy to load into the developing spool if you do your own developing. Also the base is nice and clear, so it scans really well. I usually shoot it at ISO 200 and develop it in Fotospeed FD10 developer, but any developer seems to work fine. You can add a red filter (for instance to darken skies or give a slightly IR look) but it works perfectly well as a general film with no filter. The price is attractive considering what a high quality film this is."

"Like Retro 400S this is a great film for contrasty orange or red filter shots, having high red and near infrared sensitivity. On the downside I have had many emulsion faults, usually scratches difficult to explain unless they occurred in manufacturing. Like all Rollei films, don't rely on it in hot humid tropical climates, the backing paper imprints itself on the emulsion horribly in Brazil but this has never been a problem in UK climate. Despite these caveats I really like it."
