"The goods you supply are excellent. Service is also excellent. However, I have two problems. One is the fixed shipping cost. This prevents me from buying small items from you, because the shipping takes up such a large proportion of the cost. So I go elsewhere. Second and more important, you ship with UPS. UPS have frequently lost goods (including from you). They are also unreliable with delivery dates, often failing to arrive on the scheduled day. Worst still, the often claim that the reason that goods were not delivered as expected, is because there was nobody in to receive the parcel. This is just a lie. My heart sinks when I see goods coming by UPS."
