This precision-crafted spiral reel is made for photographers seeking simplicity and reliability in their developing workflow and the compatibility with existing Paterson film developing tanks makes it an affordable solution for developing sheet film at home.

The film reel holds up to 4 sheets of 4x5" film and is crafted from high-quality PETG plastic which ensures durability and chemical resistance. A Paterson Multi-Reel 3 tanks fits one reel allowing you to develop 4 sheets at the same time. Want to develop higher volumes? A Paterson Multi-Reel 8 tank fits two reels which extends the maximum capacity to 8 sheets.

Loading and unloading film is straightforward thanks to the reel's smart design, which securely holds film sheets in place for an even development. Say goodbye to undeveloped edges and embrace consistent results regardless of the film development process used: black-and-white, C-41 or E-6. The reel can be used with every agitation technique like standard inversion development but is especially made for rotary development like when using the AGO Film Processor.
