Product Description
With the demise of Kentint coloured papers from Kentmere, we are now suggesting you can make your own, as you need them, with Printint.
Printint tints photos any colour you select. Moreover, unlike Palette, its effect is selective: When tinting, if a print of a black tree against a white sky is coloured red in Printint solution then the sky is tinted red and the tree stays black.
If you immerse black and white prints in Printint, you can make a pastel paper. Alternatively, you could even use Printint for hand colouring any black and white print.
Spot retouch colour prints too. You deepen the hues by increasing the immersion time or lighten them by adding more blending solution. To remove a colour you simply soak the print in dilute washing soda (sodium carbonate) for a few minutes.
The kit contains red, yellow and blue concentrates that you blend to form secondary colours and will tint up to 40 8 x 10 inch prints.
