"Firstly, this highly specified, top quality paper is extremely competitively priced from Firstcall, a bargain compared to other exhibition grade paper. A really lovely, heavy paper with a subtle warmth and a natural grain from its cotton paper construction. I found the ability to reproduce the finest of details superb and the tonal range outstanding. My printer is a Canon ImagePrograf 1000 and the ICC profile was obtained from the manufacturers site as this is Innova IFA-45. The profile works a treat for me, but as with all profiling and calibration your experience may vary. A stiff paper that requires the manual feed input, or whatever method your printer takes thick fine art paper.
I print a fair amount of black and white and this is one of my favourites for that, the warmth of the base provides a subtle change in depth and it works very nicely with a lightly duotoned image. In a different way, it is as nice as what I can achieve with Bergger paper and selenium in the darkroom, if anybody can relate to that.
Thank you."
