"A really nice, traditional feeling baryta paper, suitable for exhibition (like it states on the box). Subjectively, I cannot find anything lacking compared to to other similar papers that are more expensive and have no issue with gloss differential, bronzing, etc. I have a Canon ImagePrograf 1000 printer and I use the ICC profile from the manufacturer (as this is Innova IFA-69), it is suitably precise for me.
As a note to which software I use to print from. I have used Capture One for several years but have printed out of Photoshop (the Canon plugin is very good and the Capture One print dialogue clunky). However, recently I decided to print from Capture One and, in short, with the same Tiff files profiled to the same ICC, I found it to produce superior prints to Photoshop, in my opinion. Everyone's methods vary and so will prints, this paper has the attributes to make great looking images and how we go about it is up to us, if we fail, it isn't the paper.
Thanks to Firstcall for a great price for this quality paper

"This morning I received the First Call Traditional Baryta paper from you. At the time of ordering I thought that the price was good and that I would take a gamble on the quality. To say I am delighted is an understatement.
Once I had calibrated my printer for the paper to produce a profile I made two prints. The colour, dynamic range of the paper and the sharpness are all excellent. The paper gives a very nice three dimensional feel to my images.
As I couldn't find any printer profiles on your site for the paper I have attached the one I made in case you want to share it. It's for the Epson Stylus Pro 3880. Whilst there are a lot of printers on the market, it might be nice to encourage your customers to share any profiles they have created, unless of course you plan to publish your own in the future.
All in, an excellent paper which is good value. I will be buying more in the future and be positing a blog on my site recommending this.
Thank you
Robin
