" I do not normally write reviews. This latest batch of files are not robust enough to be of much use to me. The seams of the pockets are to fragile. The whole file has a flimsy feel to it. The surface is to easily creased. The type of files that I bought from you in the past were of better quality than this present batch."

"William, I was saddened to receive a negative review from you. I checked with Clearfile about it and this was their reply. We started manufacturing the product line in 2008 and we did use a thicker plastic at that time. We changed to the thinner material back in May of 2012. I'm not sure about the seals. On occasion, usually during set-up, we will have a problem with the heat not being up high enough to form a good seal but the QCs usually catch that...sometimes they don't. "We inherited 20k plus slides. We have used these to archive the 1k or so that we are keeping. They are excellent for this purpose but if you were accessing the slides frequently, they would probably prove a bit flimsy."

Delivery

Most orders incur a total order delivery charge of £7.99 including VAT for mainland UK delivery. All goods are shipped by courier services. The companies we use are DPD or DHL and parcels are delivered in 48 hours or sooner from date of despatch.
