This top-quality, excellent value kit is unique. It is the only small volume E6 Kit you can buy (processes eight films that still uses the "traditional" six-bath process.
It is designed to make one litre of each solution: First Developer, Reversal bath, Colour Developer, Pre-beach, Bleach, Fixer and 10 litres of Stabilizer.

It will process, on average,  8x 36-exposure slide films.
Having tested the kit, we can confirm it is probably the best E6 kit we sell, and although the six baths are double those from Tetenal, it's very straightforward in the processing method (albeit you should add around one minute to the First Developer time if you're processing Fuji slide films).

It's also easy to process without a film processor (even though you need to maintain 38 degrees C for the first five steps and takes a total of 45 minutes from beginning to end.

We know that with a six-bath process your slide films will be more archivally safe, but subjectively it makes for nice a beautiful contrast and more vibrant colours when you project your images.

This new addition to the world of film chemistry is most welcome and thoroughly recommended by us.

"A good performer and nice colours. It's the traditional 6 bath process, but it doesn't take much longer than the 3 bath. Capacity is good too. Just remember to give Fuji films an extra minute in the developer! "

"The Bellini E6 kit is a six bath system for Ektachrome/E6 film. There don't seem to be many rivals available at the moment, at least in one litre size. I have developed two films with it - in one process, so have used it once. The instructions for diluting the various chemicals are clear. Most you simply make up to 1L. I kept everything at the 38 degree temperature by using a sous vide in my kitchen sink. All the bottles and the developing tank were immersed in this. The instructions for timing were also relatively easy so nothing went wrong. I developed one Ektachrome film and one Fuji Provia. Both turned out excellently, in fact better than the last E6 film I had developed commercially which came back with a purple tint. I will have one more film to develop in a couple of weeks so it will be interesting to see how long the diluted (and now slightly cross-contaminated) chemicals last. Shipping was quick and trouble free. Recommended."

"I recently used this product for the first time. I have previously used 3 bath kits and also commercial e6 services. As it is six baths you need a bit more room and time than a three bath kit. The claims are that six baths give superior results. I have not compared directly to a three bath kit (yet), but comparing to 2 films I recently had developed by a commercial company, I can say that the Belini kit clearly produced better results, showing less colour cast and a wider colour gamut. Images are punchy, natural and detailed, but not at the expense of tonal range. I initially developed seven films, then stored the partially used chemicals in glass bottles, developing two further films one month later, with no degradation in results. "

"The BELLINI 1 litre E6 processing kit gave great results especially so as I was using OUTDATED E6 film stocks in 120, 220 and 35mm sizes! The plastic containers seem to be well Oxygen-Proof and have been useful for making up my B&W Film developers ! The Instruction Leaflet is well laid out and easy to follow. I put some Butane Gas into the 1st and Colour Developers after use to make them last longer. The Colours produced were excellent -- Recommended ! "

"Great product, 6 baths mean you do have to take your time, but results are great, and 1 litre is great for an enthusiast. I would recommend shooting a couple of rolls before using it as the shelf life is limited. Makes E6 slightly cheaper."

"Great Kit, works exactly as it should. More involved than Blix-combo kits, but excellent. Colour dev is no more difficult than B&W once temperature control is sussed (which isn't difficult)."
