The safe battery

The integrated electronics protect the cell against overcharging, overloading, short circuits, and deep discharge. This means the battery is perfectly protected against mishandling, ensuring a long service life.

The perfect replacement for batteries

The high-quality lithium-ion (Li-Ion) battery from ANSMANN is the ideal replacement for 1.5V alkaline disposable batteries or rechargeable 1.2V NiMH batteries. While some battery-operated devices struggle with the lower output voltage of NiMH batteries, the ANSMANN 1.5V Li-Ion battery is fully compatible with alkaline batteries. In addition to being rechargeable, its built-in electronics also provide a constant output voltage of 1.5V for 95% of its operating time. If the battery still has approximately 5% remaining capacity, the output voltage is reduced to 1.1V to signal to the user that the battery should be replaced. The constant output voltage of the ANSMANN 1.5V Li-Ion battery ensures, for example, that a flashlight always shines evenly, or that a milk frother, electric toy, or razor always runs at consistent, full power.
In contrast, the voltage of alkaline batteries fluctuates between 1.6V when new and 0.9V when the battery is almost depleted. This is why the power of many devices gradually decreases when alkaline batteries are used.
Compared to alkaline batteries, the ANSMANN 1.5V Li-Ion battery has another major advantage: It can be used over a wide temperature range of -20°C to +60°C. Especially at low temperatures, alkaline batteries weaken significantly sooner than the ANSMANN Li-Ion rechargeable battery. Typical applications include electronic toys, flashlights, radios, measuring devices, remote controls, wireless mice and keyboards, game controllers, wall clocks, weather stations, etc.

Easy charging via USB

Thanks to the integrated USB-C charging port, no additional chargers are necessary! The appropriate USB-C cable is included for each size. This allows four Micro AAA batteries to be charged simultaneously with just one cable. This guarantees safe and easy charging via all available USB charging options, such as laptops, power banks, USB chargers for wall outlets or cars, or built-in USB chargers in the wall or car. The indicator on the positive terminal of the battery flashes during charging. Once fully charged, it remains lit.

Low weight, low self-discharge and high cycle stability

The ANSMANN Micro AAA Li-Ion battery is extremely durable and can be recharged up to 1200 times, even under harsh operating conditions. Due to its very low self-discharge, the battery retains its power for a long time even when not in use. Furthermore, the weight of the Li-Ion cell is significantly lower than that of conventional battery technologies (e.g., NiMH/PB) while delivering the same performance.
