PermaJet Photo Lustre 310gsm
PermaJet Photo Lustre 310 is a heavyweight resin-coated inkjet photo paper with a bright white base and a luxurious lustre surface. Designed to give photographs plenty of impact, it produces deep, saturated colours, rich blacks and an excellent tonal range while retaining detail in shadow areas. At 310gsm, it also has a reassuringly substantial feel in the hand, making it an excellent choice when you want smaller prints to feel that little bit more special.
Why We Like It
Photo Lustre 310 strikes a particularly good balance between impact and practicality. The bright white base helps colours look punchy and monochrome prints crisp, while the lustre texture gives images definition without the stronger glare of a traditional gloss paper. The high Dmax is particularly useful for photographs with deep shadows, giving you rich blacks without sacrificing subtle detail.
We also like the heavier 310gsm weight. It gives finished prints a noticeably more substantial, premium feel than everyday photo papers, while the tough, scratch-resistant surface makes them easier to handle. For portfolios, presentation prints, portraits and photographs you are giving to somebody rather than simply filing away, that extra weight and durability are genuinely worthwhile.
