Colorama Rolleasy Background System, Ceiling - 2 roll

Not all digital photography involves product shots as many of our customers remind us. Digital portrait shots create their own problems - and the biggest of these is not lighting - but getting a reliable background system.

With Colorama Rolleasy, there is now a neat and easy way to manage your backgrounds. Their new manual background roller system uses a detachable crank to smoothly raise and lower each background, which is then automatically locked in position. Only one person is needed to change rolls, unlike many other systems that need two.

The unit can be ceiling or wall mounted, according to choice. Both systems have brackets that hold up to a maximum of 4 full size backgrounds. We sell four kits - two for wall use and two for mounting on the ceiling. You have a choice to order either wall or ceiling kit for use with 2 or 3 rolls of paper. With each system you get everything you need including stub end rollers and paper weight and cutter to keep the paper looking at its best.

With Colorama Rolleasy there are no obstructions within the shooting area, no chains and no free swinging parts. Being mounted overhead, it is well out of the way of studio operations when not in use, extending no more than 267mm (101/2inches) down from the mounting point.

Motorised Colorama Rolleasys are also available - please call us for a quote. Purchasers of the Manual Colorama Rolleasy can retrofit the motorised components or mix manual and motorised rollers on the same mounting brackets.

One small final point, our systems are really designed for use with background paper. They can be used with vinyl but you'll need a different configuration so please call us. When using vinyl you'll need a different (aluminium) core and Colorama will also pre-roll your vinyl onto the core at the time of ordering..
